We often have this idea that healing means we’re NOT having conflict. That the lack of conflict is a sign of a successful relationship or life. When we actually need to get more comfortable BEING in and moving through conflict in a way that heals and has us grow.
If you’re avoiding conflict (scared of how it will make you feel) or creating conflict (a survival response that has kept you safe) - you need to learn how conflict can open doors to more intimacy and connection.
