Are Democrats summoning hurricanes in the South? Are Republicans out there lighting fires in California? Is Melania secretly Team Pro-Choice? And, most importantly, are we the assholes? Spoiler alert: Nope.

Samie and Emily are back at it with another podcast episode featuring the Vice Presidential Debate, a deep dive into witchy competence, and a college student who knows more about the Constitution than JD Vance ever will.

They also tackle Idaho's impressively terrible laws and the heroic voters trying to fix them, Netflix's "Nobody Wants This,” and why Emily Cooper is basically Carrie Bradshaw with a time machine.

Oh, and in Washington State? There was a second Governor’s Debate. The Marysville School Board’s “Superintendent Selection Game Show” ended with their guy being mega-fired, and Georgia’s court said “no thanks” to the state’s abortion ban. Shoutout to the Falcons and Judge McBurney for the win.
