This is a very special episode of The Truth Tank.

After 3 long years The Lie has Begun! The first chapter of The Lie of Communism has finally arrived. Chapter 1 will transport us back to the early 1900s during a very dark and turbulent time in Russia, when the old Imperial Government ignored and pushed around the very people it was meant to serve.

Revolution was in the air. The roads of destiny were about to converge. An angry and disillusioned young man by the name of Vladimir Lenin finds himself at a crossroads, after a series of personal tragedies that begin to shape his future and push him towards what would ultimately turn out to be his destiny.

Lenin starts a crusade against Czar Nicholas II and the Czarist Government; From humble beginnings participating in low level demonstrations against the government, to being a political theorist in the RSDLP (Russian Social Democratic Labour Party), to running a leftist newspaper "Iskra", and then eventually forming the Bolshevik Party after splitting with his old Comrade Julius Martov during the 1903 Second Party RSDLP Conference.

The seeds of revolution had been sown, however there was one major event in 1905 putting events in motion that could not be undone. The Bloody Sunday Massacre paved the way for Lenin and the Bolsheviks to take aim at Czar and his government, sealing his fate and launching his revolution that fundamentally changed the course of history.
