Saint Germain teaches how to catch yourself in the ego, and how to know when you're not in your God-Self.

The discussion also touches on the concept of duality in the human belief systems, the prophecy of a Golden Age where evil is removed, and Earth's destiny to become a Freedom Star, complementing Venus as the Love Star. Saint Germain emphasizes the importance of getting to know our God and Goddess qualities, which will also raise the planet's vibration and lift Earth into the Golden Age.
