For our Citizens Corner this morning, we talk about vaping in schools and the dangers of this habit has on South Africa's youth. Professor Richard van Zyl-Smith who is a consultant pulmonologist at UCT and Groote Schuur Hospital says that the proposed Tobacco Products and Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill of 2022 must regulate the usage of vaping in schools.
