So it is an ideal time to be quiet and receptive so you can have a clear impression of when this energy comes through.

So you can use the time after your birthday to take a deep dive into the unconscious to clear up heavy energies and unhealed wounds from the past. This is how you use your birthday to do self-healing and inner work on your healing journey to self-actualization
