Allison Beardsley has been in the fitness industry since the year 2000. She started Club Pilates in December of 2007 in San Diego while 6 months pregnant with her first son. She sold Club Pilates in 2015, 2 years after franchising began with 40 opened locations and 80 in development. In 2022 she started the Red Light Method after experiencing the life changing effects of full body Red Light therapy causing her to have a complete recovery from long-COVID. Red Light Method is pacing ahead of Club Pilates, and Beardsley knows it will help and serve even more people.

Over the last 29 years Eric has worked in just about every aspect of the fitness, health, and wellness industry, always on the revenue generating and management side. Eric has been part of the leadership team in big box commercial gyms, high end personal training boutiques, corporate wellness, medically integrated and municipality-based fitness, recovery and pain management boutiques, as well as franchise and individually owned boutique studios. Since starting Selling Wellness is the Summer of 2022 Eric has worked with more than 30 brands and 170 studios across the country, in Europe, and in Australia on their sales and growth strategies.

In early 2024 after cold messaging Allison, Eric began to work with Red Light Method building their sales strategies, processes, tools, and training as they got ready to launch franchise sales. By the end of 2024, Allison had invited Eric to be the CEO of Red Light Method. Together with the leadership team of Allison Beardsley (Founder and President of Education), and Heather Waltrip (President of Operations) Red Light Method has

grown to 5 open studios (#5 opening 7.1.25) with more than 60 studios in

development across the country. With a focus on low startup costs, effective presales and operating sales strategies, a lean expense model, and robust franchisee support tools, they lead with a commitment to 100% franchisee success. Red Light Method is slated to have 4-7 more studios open by the end of 2025 with extremely accelerated growth anticipated in 2026.
