He is also the co-author of Self-Hypnosis: The Complete Manual for Health and Self-Change (2nd Ed.) which has been translated into eight languages, and of the books Hyper-Performance and the award-winning book, Instant Emotional Healing: Acupressure for the Emotions, published by a division of Random House.
