Getting focused and motivated with ADHD in our neurotypical society can be challenging and there is one thing that can make it feel almost impossible.

This “one thing” is a dysregulated nervous system.

In this episode we explore what that means, why it’s a huge problem for focusing and getting yourself to start and complete tasks with ADHD, and what to do about it.

You’ll walk away with how to overcome this additional obstacle and hear about a way to get help on following through with this work.

If you want to explore nervous system regulation to help your ADHD more deeply, want more strategies for nervous system regulation, and/or need help following through on doing it, you’re invited to my 28-Day Challenge: Regulate Your Nervous System to Focus and Get It Done with ADHD. Follow this link to learn more: https://jenbarnes.org/adhd-get-regulated-challenge/

If when you click “enroll” you are taken to a pop-up to join the priority notification list, that means registration for the next month isn’t available. When you complete the pop-up form, you will join the priority notification list and be among the first notified

As always, thanks for listening! I’d love it if you would leave a review.

I have created two (pretty low quality - LOL) tutorials on how to leave a review on Apple podcast or Spotify in case you would like assistance.

And, if you enjoyed this episode be sure to follow if you aren’t already and share with others with whom you think it will resonate.
