Ever feel like your brain is both frozen AND scattered at the same time? Like you feel that vibrating, urgency type energy in your body but you just can’t even?

This happened to me TODAY - the day I had an entirely different podcast episode I wanted to record. It was like a sign from the universe to share what you can do when this happens.

In this episode we’ll explore what this feels like, what is happening, and how to come out of it without shame (or at least less shame if you still have parts of you hell-bent on shaming).
