Tanya Flanagan hosts "The Scoop" and welcomes Asha Jones, Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Brightline West, to discuss the high-speed rail project connecting Southern Nevada and Southern California. Brightline's trains will hold 450 passengers and run every hour on the hour, with 3700 parking spaces at the Rancho station. The project aims to reduce travel time to two hours from Las Vegas to Rancho and 2.4 hours to LA. Asha also highlights the economic development potential, including job creation and workforce training. Additionally, Asha will be honored at the Black Girl Magic Juneteenth Jubilee luncheon on June 18.
