Tommy Lloyd spent his formative years in Brisbane coaching at St. Laurence's College before migrating to Germany where he became and assistant coach and recruiter.

Tommy is the current head coach of the Arizona Wildcats men's basketball team. He was appointed as head coach on April 15, 2021, after serving as an assistant coach at Gonzaga for 22 seasons. In his four seasons at the helm, Lloyd has led the Wildcats to a 112-33 record.
