Jess started out in a sales job in the medical industry before moving on to upskill herself as a yoga teacher and mindfulness teacher. She worked with Streatham council to deliver a mindfulness program to the local schools but when the program had it's funding cut Jess decided to take matters into her own hands and start her own social enterprise: LUME! We chat all about her journey from corporate to entrepreneurship. She also talks a lot about the science behind mindfulness and why it's so important in today's high stress environment.
