Is employee entitlement real - or are we just seeing a shift in what today’s workforce truly values?

This is one of the most common questions I’m asked, and it’s such an important one. In this episode, I unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface when leaders feel like their team is more demanding, less grateful, or not working as hard as they “used to.”
