In the first part of today’s show, we looked at a surprising study that claims water might not be the best drink for hydration. Then we explored how the constant recording of our lives—from selfies to step counts—is actually reshaping how our brains function. Finally, we heard from New York Assemblymember Zohran Mamdani, who boldly stated, “I don’t think we should have billionaires.”

Today’s unpopular opinion was: Billionaires shouldn't exist.

In the show’s second half, we asked 100 humans to name the first thing they’d buy if they won the lottery. Later, we covered the bizarre case of six Americans accused of trying to smuggle rice and Bibles to North Korea by sea.
