In this episode, Brian is joined by Dr. Sapna Amin and Brian Tomono to talk through the story of Dr. C, a younger dentist in the Las Vegas who was looking to purchase the practice where he was working.

In part 1 of this 3-part story, we follow Dr. C as he begins talks with the selling doctor, and the DBA team gets to know the situation.
