Why I Hated Revision (At First)

Now…

Every time I teach Revision, I light up.
Because I love teaching it.

But I’ll be honest…
I used to hate Revision.

And I hated it because I was making the first Revision mistake.

Mistake #1: Turning Bad Into Good

The first Revision mistake is soo common. Because soo many “Neville Goddard” only teach that.

They teach you to every day…

Try to turn bad into good.

Most people do it.
And here’s the trap:

  • You’ve gotta scan for something bad.
  • You’ve gotta remember it.
  • You’ve gotta relive some part of it.

Which means your focus is still stuck on the bad.

👉 This is why over 90% of my Revision is turning good into great.

Take a little win, something you enjoyed, and crank it up into something really, really, really cool.

That makes Revision fun.
Playful.
Something you want to do.

Not a fix-it tool.
A freedom finder.

“I hope that every man and woman here today will take me seriously and start this day pruning your garden. pruning your mind. I know before I leave this city in a matter of two weeks that you will be able to tell me of the new things that spring in your world or that spring from the pruned tree that is your own lovely imagination. You try it…” - Neville Goddard - The Pruning Shears of Revision

A Story: Card Tricks and the French Drop

In 2024, I went nuts about magic.
I mastered maybe two card tricks and the French drop that year.

Shuffling cards.
Palming cards.
Playing with them all the time.

Two simple things I could always have fun with.

That’s exactly how I treat Revision now.
My playful magical moment.
Something that I can have fun with - anytime - anywhere.

Because REVISION is real magic!

Mistake #2: Waiting Too Long

Don’t wait until later….

When Aunt Mabel or Monkey Mind Matt want’s to ramble…

I revise the conversation as I hear it.

It’s cool because rarely need to interrupt anyone anymore.
Because I’ve got a Secret Superpower.

It’s the disciple of John the Beloved which we explore in Remarkable.

Because of John…

I am incapable of hearing anything that doesn’t fill my heart with love.

So when people drone on about Trump…
The economy…
Or whatever the drama of their daytis…

All I hear is love that’s lost.
And I see them - as light - lost in the fog.

And when I see them as pure love, light, the sunshine of God…

The magic deepens…

Their momentum stops…

And the conversation shifts INSTANTLY.

That’s why after a call or a chat…

“Mr. 20, I feel great. This was a great call. I feel like a totally different human.”

Because I was Revising the conversation as we went along.

“Do not wait until the end of the day to revise the events of the day. Revise them as they occur. Stop the bad conversation in the very moment it starts and hear what you wish you had heard.” - Neville Goddard - The Pruning Shears of Revision

Mistake #3: Ignoring Inner Conversations

“When you go to bed at night, just watch your inner conversations, and see that the sun is not descending upon your anger. Resolve it at that very moment”. - Neville Goddard - Control Your Inner Conversations

Here’s the big twist:
This goes for your inner conversations too.

When I notice a crappy inner talk, I don’t let it run.
I celebrate noticing them.

Because the moment I notice it,
I remember: I am love.

And here’s the kicker:

  • If I wasted two hours in a shitty inner talk…
I revise it down to twenty minutes.
  • If I slip again…
I revise it down to two minutes.

👉 I’m even Revising the speed of me.
