Having joined the company only a few years ago, and now running it, she's brought the company from a backyard, home-town swingset business, to a full scale outdoor recreational company that delivers and installs anything backyard throughout the east coast.

Rachel manages a large network of sales reps, and directly oversees the company's marketing.
