Think about it. You could save a life if you or someone you know chooses not to drink. In case you didn’t know, alcohol is a depressant. It slows you down, baby. It doesn’t care about you like I do. It doesn’t help you long term, it doesn’t care about your problems, I do. Why would you want to drink depressants? Why would you want to be slowed down? That’s not what happiness is. Happiness is when you’re up, when you’re excited, when you’re doing the things you love. Hey, listen, you might think you love alcohol, but let me tell you, you don’t, and it definitely don’t love you. Maybe the reason you’re not happy in life is because you’re not choosing happiness! I’m here to teach you how to choose better. Ready? 1.COMMIT - You gotta believe it 100%. Start thinking “I choose no booze on New Year’s Eve.” 2.WRITE - Start putting pen to paper or fingers to the keys. Write down “i choose no booze on New Years Eve.” 3.SAY - Speak it out loud. Say “I choose no booze on New Years Eve.” 4.DO - Take the actions necessary to choose no booze on New Year’s Eve. Someone offers you a drink, say “I’m good with water or tea, thanks.” When you say “no thanks, I don’t want booze”, that’s an action. That’s you doing. Again, COMMIT, WRITE, SAY, DO. Using those four steps and what I just told you, you can do this challenge easy peasy. But the most important and most crucial part of this is believing in it 100%. Tell yourself you can and you will. Tell yourself you can’t and you won’t. You gotta sell yourself first! I appreciate you listening to this.
