It’s a simple and absolutely neutral technique of meditation that anyone from any faith, belief system, culture or background can practice. It’s something that helps when done hours or even minutes and seconds before you actually need the meditation to work for you. At the same time, it’s a technique that can be practiced everyday and adopted as one’s approach to broadening the horizons of the mind, expanding consciousness or sometimes just to feel relaxed and feel good throughout the day.
