Joining us today is a unique eyewitness to history: Charles Liu, founder and chairman of HAO Capital, and founding director of the Center for China and the World at the City University of Macao. Born in Taiwan, he stood at the UN headquarters as the resolution passed. Hear his reflections on that defining day and his response to those now questioning its legacy.
