We poked some fun at Kaboly for whiffing on his punter battle prediction. Who are some WR targets the Steelers should be circling in the coming days? ESPN posted an article that predicted the Steelers would make a trade for Anthony Richardson since he’s set to be the Colts backup QB. Steelers insider Nick Farabaugh from Penn Live dot com joined the show. The Steelers made some more cuts in the last few minutes, so the guys got Nick’s initial reaction as the roster fills out. Nick said he isn’t ‘stunned’ that Cameron Johnston was released, but Corliss Waitman looked good and came at a cheaper price. Nick believes there may have been some holding skill that Chris Boswell liked from Waitman. Nick expects Robert Woods to be among the list of cuts. Nick said names like DeMarvin Leal, Beanie Bishop and Cory Trice are the notables to pay attention to tomorrow. Nick wouldn’t be surprised by an offensive lineman and/or wide receiver coming in from the outside. The guys had Nick go through some WR names that fit the mold of what the Steelers are looking for. Nick does think Allen Lazard is among the names the Steelers could bring in, due to the connection with Aaron Rodgers. Nick isn’t a fan of ESPN suggesting the Steelers could trade for Anthony Richardson. Nick expects Will Howard to be practicing soon and to not be placed on IR. Nick said he wouldn’t rule out free safety being an addition before the regular season. Can you take me HIGHER?
