Turning fifty has prompted Bryony to reflect on legacy. Not in a grand or distant way, but in the quiet, deliberate choices we make every day. She shares her journey from corporate life to running her own consultancy, and how her work in ISO standards and sustainability opened her eyes to something far deeper: the human side of change.

Bryony talks candidly about how her professional work with utilities companies led her toward climate action, and how a single experience with Climate Fresk changed her path. What began as a participant’s curiosity has become a calling by leading monthly Climate Fresk workshops that have reached over 120 people worldwide.

Through honesty, humility, and heart, Bryony explores how stepping outside your comfort zone can transform not just your work, but your sense of purpose. She invites listeners to reflect on their own impact and to ask, what door am I standing in front of? and to take that step forward.
