In this Sunday teaching Whisper, we gently explore the roots of victimhood consciousness—the internal state that arises from the illusion of separation. This reflection invites you to pause when intense emotional reactions surface and ask: “What is this triggering in me?”

Rather than externalizing our pain or protesting against others, we are called inward—to tend the sacred terrain of the heart, where hidden beliefs and unexamined fears often reside. Through honest self-inquiry and spiritual practice, we begin to remember that we are not separate, not abandoned, and never alone.

This Whisper offers a pathway out of the identity of “the wounded one,” guiding us toward wholeness, unity, and the living remembrance of Love.

💠 Includes: reflection, journal prompts, action steps, and a closing blessing
