Mike has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and started coaching and mentoring in 2014. Since then he has mentored and scaled hundreds of North America's larger but more importantly profitable real estate enterprises.

Mike has undoubtedly reached mastery-level mentorship with over 10,000 hours and over 30,000 completed coaching sessions.

Mike is currently focused on launching a one-on-one coaching company, Profytz Coaching, that helps real estate teams scale and maintain higher profit margins than most teams in the industry.

Mike is committed to lifelong learning and creating memories with his family. He lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his life-partner Lisa and his son Mikey.
