Hi We welcome Walter Nishinaka, a taiko player and Podcaster from Los Angeles. He started Little Tokyo Talks to create opportunities to listen to the stories of the locals of Nikkei America. A yonsei (fourth generation) Japanese American born and raised in Los Angeles, Walter also is a third-degree black belt in karate. He loves food, Little Tokyo, and talking to people, so he started the podcast so he can talk to his friends about their lives, Little Tokyo, and food! His purpose is to explore Japanese ,American culture and community in Los Angeles. https://www.littletokyotalks.com/ Thank you to Brian Kito for the space for the interview, OG YOLK Magazine, @ogyolkpodcast, Larry Tazuma @lgoto, @sommertimecasting, Tin Yen, Tommy Tam and Campbell Moon Jung, our 2nd Editor.
