In this post I share a recent bout with negativity. I believe in being honest and i want people to know i struggle with the same things they do on a regular basis. I am one of the most positive people you will ever meet. but i will share how i fell into the trap of being negative and how i got out of it and back to my positive every day optimistic mindset.
