Carlos is a multi biz owner. Carlos moved from Mexico in 2009 by himself without speaking any English. He managed to get through HS and earned a scholarship to play college basketball. He graduated in 2017. In 2017 he started a basketball academy as his first business. In 2018 Carlos started looking into real estate as he wanted to create multiple streams of income to reach his dreams. He mentored with Joe Homs for several months. He continued to learn and network with successful RE individuals. In 2020 his academy was bringing in $20k a month until Covid hit. Having to start from zero, he then pivoted going full time into real estate. His first deal took him six months! Fast forward to today, he has done over 100 wholesale and flip deals and is building a portfolio of long term and short term rentals.
