Hey everyone,

I just did a webinar for a company to explain Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping, or EFT for short. There is an abundance of research on EFT and more emerging, showing its effects on both physiology and the mental-emotional state. A 2012 study study showed a 24% reduction in salivary cortisol levels after a 50-minute EFT session compared to 14% in the control group. A more recent 2022 meta-analysis described the effects as "moderate to large."

So I thought I would go through the acupressure points in a little bit more detail so that you can have a better understanding of what all these points are for.

This is fascinating integration of energy medicine, mental-emotional health, and the body's physiology.

With love,

Dr. Arlene Dijamco
