"When will I get better?" This is a common question anytime someone is ill, injured, or otherwise not feeling well. The question speaks to the human experience and the need to feel something other than the discomfort. There can be an assumption that when we feel good, we are also good enough; and when we feel bad, we are not good enough.

The truth is:

1) We are allowed to feel whatever we feel

2) We can cultivate our thoughts to benefit our health

3) We are truly free in spirit

Let's unpack that further.
