In an effort to fully celebrate the Mountaineer legend, Mike Asti welcomed College Football Hall of Famer Steve Slaton on this special edition of Mountaineer Report.
Slaton shared a funny story about how he found out about being elected to the Hall of Fame and explained what fans don't know about his career at West Virginia and his exit after his junior year. He even offered his thoughts on transfer portal, NIL and what he would say to James Franklin if he got the chance to finally talk to the coach who pulled his Maryland scholarship.
