Dr. Teri Stockwell is a chiropractor, educator, and proud Traverse City local. Growing up, she spent every summer at her family’s cottage, dreaming of one day calling Traverse City home. After graduating from Michigan State University, she began her career with TBAISD before pursuing further educational and family goals. In 1994, she returned to raise her children and built a thriving chiropractic practice, serving the community for more than 18 years. Today, Dr. Stockwell is a faculty member at Life University in Marietta, Georgia, where she shares her passion for wellness and teaching the next generation of chiropractors. Though her career has taken her south, she remains deeply connected to Traverse City and continues to spend time at the family cottage—the place that first inspired her love for community, connection, and lifelong learning.
