Ray Colao and Erica Rodriguez are the husband and wife team that owns Cuba 1918. Located in the historic Quintana neighborhood in San Antonio, the restaurant is a tribute to Cuban Culture. Ray is a celebrated musician and band leader and often performs at the restaurant. Between the wonderful food and great music, Cuba 1918 is a very special place.
