Nick Anthony is the owner of Papouli's Greek Grill. Papouli's is known for its authentic Greek flavors and warm hospitality. Nick comes from a family with a long history of restaurants in San Antonio. His grandfather opened the Manhattan Cafe on Houston St back in the 1920's. His father started Sea Island and later the Old San Francisco Steak House. It's a fun conversation!
