Dr. Tommy Wood is a Neuroscientist, Researcher, and Athletic Performance Consultant. A warm and insightful voice, Tommy is committed to making health accessible to all. He is a founding trustee and director of the British Society for Lifestyle Medicine, and has incredibly varied experience - from caring for dementia patients on the wards of St. Thomas’ Hospital, to helping Formula 1 drivers maintain focus while driving at 200 miles per hour. He has appeared on renowned shows like Peter Attia’s The Drive, and Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s Feel Better, Live More. On this podcast, he cuts through the noise and helps shine a light on even the most complex health issues.
