🎙️ Well hello there!

It’s time for another fan-dabi-dozy episode of The MarshyCast — officially one of the top five podcasts in the world (according to absolutely no one but me… yet 😉).

Before we dive into this week’s incredible guests, I just want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing team behind Baton of Hope – Portsmouth. Not only did I get involved on the main day, but I also had the honour of hosting the celebration evening — what an inspiring event!

And don’t forget, you can still catch me on Express FM weekdays from 10 am – 1 pm and on HGV1 Radio from 4 pm – 7 pm — in my humble opinion, both shows are getting better all the time!

🎧 For our first interview, I was joined by my Tuesday co-host Casey Major Bunce as we welcomed none other than TV and radio legends Dick & Dom!
We chatted about how their on-screen partnership has lasted 30 years, both on and off the mic, and what advice they had for a brand-new radio duo like us. We also asked the big question: does it ever get tiring having people shout “bogies” at you? Plus, we talked about how AI is creeping into DIY and rental life — including how it might just help you get that all-important safety deposit back.

😂 Then I caught up with comedian Helen Bauer, whose new show Bless Her is taking the comedy world by storm. Well… we tried to talk about that, but ended up chatting about chocolate for breakfast, pasta naps, and why Pret might not be as posh as I thought! Helen also lifted the lid on what really goes on behind the scenes of TV panel shows — and it’s not all glitz and glamour.
