I recently made the following statement in a video: "Many people need to stop viewing their salvation in the same way a teenage boy views a bottle of Axe." This statement taught me a massive lesson about salvation.
Your salvation did not cover your old, sinful life. It gave you a completely new one. Therefore the sin, struggles, and mindsets of that old life are now dead. So stop identifying with a dead life!
