Right Lobsters! Listen here and listen well! The greatest weekend of the year is soon upon us. Friday 3rd of March at 20.00 pm the 4x4x48 run challenge will commence . What a Party it is going to be! We will be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. A lot of you may read that and think, "I can't do that." Believe us, you can. Fred, Sean & Benjamin share their experiences from last years edition with you here on the episode. Also our dear friend of the podcast Andrea gives us an insight to his thoughts ahead of the challenge with it being his first time to do it.
