About Adam Adams

Adam Adams is a coach who believes in simplicity, sustainability, and results. After trying countless workouts and diets himself, he realized that most fitness advice isn’t built to last, especially for busy parents juggling careers, kids, and real-life stress. That’s why Adam focuses on helping people in their 40s, particularly parents, achieve their best health in a way that actually fits into their day-to-day lives.

Now 43 and a parent with a six-pack, Adam understands the challenges of staying fit while raising children and running businesses. Unlike most trainers who launch their careers in their 20s without those responsibilities, he built his success the hard way, earning eight bodybuilding medals with his kids cheering from the audience.

Adam’s clients are often parents who’ve spent years feeling “sub-par,” unaware of how good they could truly look and feel. For him, the most rewarding part of coaching is seeing that transformation happen, watching people surprise themselves with what’s possible when they have the right plan and the right support.
