Ep. 105 Creative Play as the Antidote to Our Scarcity of Joy w/ Nina Meehan

https://play.goldenmicpodcast.com/0105_meehan

"We hide our emotions from other people and from ourselves. So let's give ourselves a place where we can color our anger, where we can listen to sadness and have it occupy our body. That's part of how we express our humanity." - Nina Meehan

ADHD and a dyslexia diagnosis were no match to Nina, her active imagination, her tutor, supportive parents, and her Grandma Rose...who just happened to be a children's librarian. By middle school, Nina had an insatiable appetite for stories and story telling. It's no surprise that she became an actress and producer.

Now Nina coaches clients from actors to executives who can use creative play as a tool to engage in the present, focus on the process, light up teams, and have some serious fun.
