Health is one of the most important and prevalent conversations in modern day society, and yet collectively we are sicker than ever before. Tennielle O'Callaghan is a women's health coach and nutrition and movement expert who is dedicated to changing that, specifically in women's health. But Tennielle is more than just a 'coach'. She is dedicated to helping people achieve their dreams and get the most out of their lives through educating them and guiding them on one life's most foundational principles. Food.

Over the last year and a half, I have witnessed Tennielle put so much of her time, energy and wisdom into helping my life partner Hayley with her own health journey, and have seen firsthand how much Tennielle cares about what she does and the women she works with.

You probably think you know quite a lot about food, as did I. But this conversation invites you to think about your relationship with food as a building block for all your relationships: with yourself, with your creativity, and with the world. We also talk about embracing the unknown as the path to success, being of service, and how men can best support the important women in their lives through their personal health journeys.
