Let me share a bit about Hady to give you more context for our conversation. Hady is a Nurorican born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She has shared that as she pursued her career path, she was often the only Latina or woman of color in the spaces she worked in. SHe found herself navigating companies and organizations on her own, without the support she needed and realized that gap hindered her growth. Hady's mission is to transform the experiences of women and people of color and empower employees from underrepresented groups by equipping them with the skills to self-advocate, self-promote, and capitalize on leadership roles within ERGs and throughout organizations.
