The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has released 22 new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) covering 5 key areas of repairs, building safety, effective complaint handling, respectful and helpful tenant engagement, and responsible neighbourhood management.
From April 2023, social housing providers are required to begin collecting data from customers to inform an assessment against these measures and share insights from the surveys.
On this episode of the Housing Hive, we’ll be joined by panellists from the housing sector to discuss how they are approaching this as a project.
