Monique hit a point of complete burnout. The pressure, the pace, the expectations… it all came to a head. And instead of pushing through like she always had, she did something radically brave:

She walked away from everything.

She stepped back from her business, her responsibilities, and the constant noise and returned home, to the simplicity of where she grew up.

Monique spent her days baking, cooking, being with her family, wandering through sunflower fields, and sitting in silence long enough to hear her own soul again. She let her identity unravel for the comeback.
