“I think we get so far away from trusting ourselves. And, you know, when you do a breathwork session, or you go for a run, or you're in the shower, you have a download, and you're like, yeah, that's the fucking thing!

And then an hour goes by, and then you convince yourself out of that thing, and you do a lesser thing… “I'm gonna reach out to Lewis Howes and get him on my podcast. Like that's too audacious. I'm going to go 20 people below him.” It's like, no fucking do the thing. You know, trust yourself!”
