My guest Ash Rathod, Brand & Story consultant, felt exactly the same, but he re-framed it. It became a way of connecting with audiences through storytelling. If you focus on serving your customers and creating authentic connections, you will attract the right audience.

Ash shares his experiences after sharing his most vulnerable story on social media, of developing Vitiligo, a skin condition that meant he lost pigment in his skin. This taught him that being vulnerable and genuine in a world filled with superficiality can be a superpower for your brand.
