About Liz

Liz is a medically qualified doctor with a PhD, who transitioned from a career in women's health to become a health coach, passionate about empowering women to prioritise their health and well-being. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, Liz has a deep understanding of the body’s intricate systems and the impact of lifestyle factors on overall health. She is an expert in balancing blood sugar, gut health, immune function, and supporting hormonal health, particularly in the context of perimenopause and menopause. Liz is also an advocate for integrating mental and emotional well-being into holistic health practices, often using mindset tools like journaling and breathwork alongside nutrition and movement. Liz's passion for helping others stems from her own personal experience with burnout, having gone through a challenging period where she struggled to balance her professional and personal life. She has since made it her mission to help women avoid burnout and feel empowered to thrive in every aspect of their lives.

In addition to her health coaching qualification, Liz is a certified Pilates instructor, face yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, which allows her to take a holistic approach to wellness. Liz’s approach is grounded in her belief that long-term health is achieved through small, consistent changes that fit into real life. Her vision is to make wellness accessible and manageable for busy women, especially working mums, by providing actionable advice, personalized coaching, and support. Liz’s clients trust her to offer a non-judgmental, relatable approach to health, and they appreciate her ability to simplify complex health issues while offering practical tools for lasting change. Her mission is to empower women to become their number one priority, ensuring they feel confident, energised, and balanced.
