In this episode Tabs and Ian (@arsecannonpics) are joined by a Dr. Andrew Mitchell (@arsenal-phd.bsky.social), Arsenal fan and British academic specializing in sports science and biomechanics, to talk about the current injury trends in football, particularly focusing on Arsenal's injury woes this season. looking at why we had so many injuries, why they were so severe, why they may have happened and what can be done to help prevent them in the future.

As 'Mitch' is an Arsenal fan we also got to know more about his love for Arsenal; 1st game, the highs and lows, favourite players and more.
