To the very contrary of the "R" word , I've been slightly overwhelmed with deadlines. I'm sure you've noticed a "repurposing" of recent popular episodes. Knowing you're clever enough to deduce the meaning of the "R" in the title, things have been quite, dare I say, busy of late. No need for concern, I am well and will be getting back to the studio to record sooner than later. As for the episode, you can rest assured, I'll be bucking the "R" word for some time to come.
