Noëlla Coursaris Musunka is the Founder & CEO of Malaika Foundation, a nonprofit organisation aiming to empower Congolese girls and their communities through free education, clean water, vocational training and agricultural programmes. Born in Lubumbashi, DRC, with Cypriot heritage, Noëlla overcame early personal challenges and went on to build Malaika’s community-led ecosystem, which includes a school, a community centre, 31 wells servicing tens of thousands of people, and technical training programmes — all provided without charge. Her role spans global advocacy, strategic leadership and on-the-ground impact in Africa.
